1:1 Sessions

A private space to return to yourself

following the wisdom of the body

Unhurried. Responsive. Built around your nervous system, your patterns, and your pace.

There is no pressure to perform, improve, or arrive as a different version of yourself.

Instead, we create space to notice what is already here — without judgement, without forcing, and without treating your body's signals as evidence that something is wrong with you.

Just a carefully held space where the body is finally allowed to be heard.

Each session weaves together somatic exploration, cognitive inquiry, aromatherapy, sensory ritual, and nervous system education. Throughout the experience, nature serves as a quiet guide and source of support — reminding us of our connection with the living world through scent, imagery, symbolic reflection, sensory awareness, and the elemental language of nature.

The approach is not a fixed formula, but a responsive experience shaped by what is present — meeting you where you are, at the pace of your own system.

This work is for the person who has tried many things and is ready for something different.

Not through more effort.

Through presence.

A private session,
held entirely
around you

Held in Relationship

You don’t have to do this alone

My role is not to diagnose, analyse, or direct.

It is to accompany.

To bring a steady, attuned presence that allows your system to soften at its own pace.

Together we explore what is happening beneath the surface — sensations, emotions, thought patterns, protective strategies, and the body's own intelligence.

Not to force them to change.
Not to judge them.
Simply to notice them and listen with curiosity and compassion.

Much of what shapes us happens in relationship.

And so it makes sense that safety, support, and regulation are often experienced in relationship too.

A Guided Exploration

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION

We begin by slowing everything down.

Breath.

Scent.

Sound.

Attention returning to the body.

From here, we listen together.

What is present?

What is asking for attention?

What is ready to soften?

Using somatic practices, sensory awareness, gentle inquiry, and nervous system education, we work with what is here in real time.

Nothing is forced.

Nothing is judged.

The body is simply offered a new experience.

We conclude by creating a personalised sensory ritual — something simple enough to live with, beautiful enough to return to, and specific enough to support your system between sessions.

who this is for

If this feels familiar

Cloth, sun, wind

This work may be right for you if you feel overwhelmed beneath a capable exterior — if you understand your patterns intellectually but struggle to create lasting change in the body.

If you long to feel more connected to yourself, your senses, and the texture of everyday life.

If you find yourself seeking safety through overthinking, overworking, or the approval of others — and are beginning to sense that there might be another way.

If you are looking for something gentle and experiential rather than another framework to learn.

Something that doesn't ask more of you, but simply offers you a different kind of meeting.

And if you want simple, beautiful, personalised practices that actually fit inside your daily life.

how the nervous system learns

What changes
over time

Close up woman nervous system

One session can offer something real — a new experience in the body, a shift in perspective, a practice to carry home.

The deeper work unfolds through repetition.

The nervous system can learn through experience — through moments of safety repeated often enough that they begin to feel familiar.

Over time, something subtle begins to change.

She wakes and stays a little longer in bed, in presence with herself, because being with herself feels like somewhere she can actually be.

She tends to herself slowly.

She notices beauty.

She feels more present with the people she loves.

She moves through challenge without losing herself entirely.

She remembers how to receive life again.

These are the moments that make a life feel worth living.

And they return quietly, gradually, as the body learns what safety feels like.

At the close of each session, we can explore together what ongoing support might look like.

There is no pressure — only an honest conversation about what your system might need.

What people are saying

“Loved my experience with Cynthia. Everything was so intentional. From the use of calming scent to soft melodies playing in the background. It’s so obvious she has a passion and real talent for understanding her clients. I felt very much at ease as she listened to me, and as she walked me through techniques and real life strategies for tending to my heightened nervous system. Her knowledge and insight were so valuable to me. I look forward to future sessions! ”

“I really enjoyed my session with Cynthia. Her warm and gentle nature creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere, one that allows you to let go of tension. I left the session feeling lighter and nourished. Thank you, Cynthia!”

— ERICA

“Cynthia is so lovely, knowledgable and supportive, taking a really holistic approach to nervous system regulation. During our first session, I instantly felt at ease and listened to. What I found most valuable was coming away with a better understanding or my nervous system state, along with practical tools I can actually use in every day life. I loved the aromatherapy touch, and came away feeling so supported. Highly recommend!”
