The path that shaped Sagrado

SAGRADO
was born from my remembrance
of the sacred.

The sacredness of nature.

The sacredness of being.

The sacredness of pausing.

The sacredness that lives quietly inside each one of us.

I came to this work through my own return.

Before SAGRADO, I spent years working in the creative industry as a digital and motion designer, living between New York City, Barcelona, and Sydney, collaborating with some of the world's most recognisable brands. On paper, my life was exciting, creative, and successful. I travelled constantly. I worked for myself. I created for a living. I got to experience the world through the sharing of my art.

And while I loved so much of it, underneath the pace and productivity, my nervous system was constantly bracing. I always felt on.

I lived mostly in my mind. Disconnected from my body. Always pushing through.

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes not from doing too much, but from spending years unable to fully trust yourself. From moving through the world feeling like too much and not enough at the same time. From searching, quietly and persistently, for something you can't quite name.

I know that exhaustion intimately.

Each new place became another place to begin again. New homes. New friends. New relationships. New work. A life constantly restarting itself.

Hand on rock on water

I had always felt different, as though there was something quietly wrong with me. And so I searched — through people, cities, spiritual study, and self-development — trying to understand why I felt so distant and, honestly, so alone.

What I understand now is that loneliness was not the absence of people. It was the absence of connection to myself. The absence of feeling truly met, supported, and safe enough to inhabit my own inner world.

What I was really searching for was not more information, more fixing, or more becoming.

It was safety. Presence. Connection. The ability to soften enough to actually experience my life while I was living it. And a deeper remembering that we are not separate from nature, but part of it.

What brought me back was not a single breakthrough, but a slow and sensory return.

the beginning

It began with a floral face cream

I was exhausted. In a simple act of self-care, I bought an expensive cream made from flowers. I remember applying it slowly onto my skin and pausing.

The scent. The softness. Something in me softening.

For the first time, I recognised the sacredness of caring for myself. Of adorning myself in a quiet moment.

The flowers were not just ingredients. They were a reminder that nature is already in relationship with us.

Nature became my greatest teacher and my most consistent co-regulator.

Growing up in Australia, it had always grounded me without me fully understanding why. But living in New York, I felt the absence of the living world in my body. I craved it in a way I could not explain.

One day, walking through Brooklyn, I felt an overwhelming urge to google "plant medicine Ecuador."

I wasn't searching for escape. I was searching for connection — to my heritage, to land, to something older and more rooted than the pace I had been living inside.

A few weeks later, I found myself in Ecuador. In the Andes. In the Amazon. Surrounded by medicinal plants and indigenous wisdom. A relationship with nature that felt both ancient and familiar.

Something in me came back online there.

I began to understand that the sacred was not something to find. It was something to return to.

After that, I returned to New York and immersed myself in the study of plants and sensory experience — through herbalism, aromatherapy, incense, perfumery, sound, energy work, somatic practice, and ritual. What began with plants slowly became a deeper inquiry into presence itself — into what helps the body soften enough to feel connected to life again. Into the quiet, radical act of paying attention to what I was actually feeling.

SAGRADO is where that return found its form.

Today, I have moved back to Australia, a land that has given me so much. My work brings together nervous system education, somatic exploration, sensory ritual, aromatherapy, sound healing, and nature-inspired tools to help people reconnect with themselves in a way that feels grounded, simple, embodied, and real.

But underneath all of it is something much simpler:

I know what it feels like to believe something is wrong with you.
And I know what it feels like to slowly find your way back.

experience

A path woven
over time

I am a Certified Aromatherapist, an ICF-trained Certified Professional Coach, a Certified Emotional Processing and Nervous System Practitioner, and a Certified Sound Medicine Practitioner. I have spent years studying herbalism and plant intelligence, and am currently deepening my practice through flower essences, acupressure, and energy work. Underneath it all is more than fifteen years of embodied spiritual practice and study.

I am also, at my core, a designer and artist.

For over a decade, I designed interactive experiences, installations, and visual systems that shaped how people felt, moved, and experienced the world. Mini worlds to be entered, not just observed.

I see now that this was always the same work.

Creating conditions for something to be felt. Designing experiences that are not only understood, but lived.

I spent many years believing my sensitivity was a flaw. I now understand it as the very thing that makes this work possible — the ability to perceive subtly, feel deeply, and meet another person with care, understanding, and non-judgement exactly where they are.

Through this work, I have come to understand what compassion for oneself truly is. To see myself, and all of life, as sacred.

What I love most is the moment someone remembers themselves.

The body exhales for the first time in years. Someone stops mid-sentence because something true has just arrived. A scent opens something unseen. Nature quietly reminds someone they belong here too.

I love the way life keeps offering itself to us — through scent, texture, sound, light, breath, presence.

And I love helping people slow down enough to receive it.

To remember themselves as sacred. To inhabit their lives not as something to manage, but as something to experience.

This is why SAGRADO exists. It is my greatest honour to bring this work to you.
